The option “depth 5, header overlay 1” under “Location” is checked, but I actually don’t see an option for “primary menu”

Unfortunately, I’m just an intern for this company and no one seems to know what account was used/the purchase information, so I can’t use their help forums.
I’m guessing you mean the CSS available under Appearance_Theme Editor, right? I did try editing that section but nothing changed.
