I tried the second version I asked about, formatting the REQUEST column with only a slug, and the DESTINATION column as the full url, like so:
/association-leadership/, https://new-site.org/about-us/staff/
/join-our-team/, https://new-site.org/about-us/staff/Unfortunately, it is still having the same problem. It is showing only the first instance:
/association-leadership/, https://new-site.org/about-us/staff/
and not the second one:
/join-our-team/, https://new-site.org/about-us/staff/I did not try reversing the order of urls, i.e. putting the new site url in the REQUEST column and the old site slug in the DESTINATION column, because that is the opposite of what I want (and opposite to the instructions in the plugin).
Do you have another suggestion of how it could be fixed?
Thank you,

Or is it that the REQUEST column (listing the urls of the old site) should have ONLY the slug, and the DESTINATION column (listing urls of the new site) should have the full url address? Thank you,
Thank you for the reply! So to be sure I understand– the fix is to reverse the order, and place the new site urls BEFORE the old site urls? I wanted to clarify, because that seems to be reversing the meaning of “request” and “destination”.
Thank you,
