The line numbers mentioned in the code have changed since that original fix was posted 3 years ago. For me, they were line 115 and line 147 respectively.

Thank you Takayuki. When I switch over to the default theme and deactivate the other plugins the problem does go away. Let the fun process of determining which plugin is messing it up begin!

The support team had a new version of the plugin up on their site the next day, which fixed the problem I was having. I’m not sure if I can change my rating, but that’s some pretty great support. This plugin now does exactly what I need.
