I hear you. Support has been useless and tone deaf. Now they’re asking for my wordpress login. I will look for an alternative plugin and report back if I find anything good.
Is there an email to send this info to, without publishing it here for all to see? From all the latest threads, it’s pretty clear it’s not a problem on the user end.
