I am currently facing the same issue. Please can you update your plugin, I have since created a ticket on pluginbazar.com but no response. I created the ticket a week ago and still no response. I have the PRO Version and still I have been facing this issue from when I purchased the plugin all the way until now. The issue gets fixed, and then months later the issue comes back. Can you release a permanent solution.
The Plugin I am using is an Extra Fields Plugin for user registration called “WordPress user extra fields” Add’s user extra fields on registration page. Compatible with WooCommerce and BuddyPress. Version 9.6 | By Lagudi Domenico
