Thank you so much for your quick reply Louis and also for the feature request to your dev team!
I totally understand your point about the API, but I’m glad you’ll investigate this.
I saw there was an update today, I don’t know if it is related in any way with this. If not, I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you with the feature update.
Thanks a lot!

Hello, I still haven’t heard from you.
I’m still wondering how can I automatically generate invoice without attatching them to emails.
Thanks in advance,

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Divi Google MapsHello,
What I’m trying to do is to display the map before consent. I can’t find the way to “disable” the Divi integration in Services.
The only solution I’ve found is to deactivate Complianz in the Contact page, where the map is being displayed.
Thanks
Hi again @dwpriv,
First of all, thanks again for your help a few months ago — the renumbering tool worked perfectly and fixed the gap in the sequence.
However, I’d like to reopen this thread because I’ve realised the main question was never fully answered: what is actually causing the skipped invoice numbers / inconsistent behaviour in the first place? I’m worried it could happen again without me noticing, and from a legal/accounting perspective I really need invoice numbers to remain sequential. Context / setup
- WooCommerce store with digital products only.
- Payment gateway: Stripe and Paypal.
- In addition to sending the invoice (and admin notifications), the site also uses ShopMagic for automation workflows to email customers the correct digital files (and language/version-specific content).
ShopMagic plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/shopmagic-for-woocommerce/
What I’ve observed (symptoms)
Over time, I’ve seen a few confusing behaviours that seem correlated with email sending / automation triggers:
- Duplicate emails
On the occasions when something went wrong, both the admin email and the customer email were sometimes sent multiple times for the same order. - Invoice number discrepancies
In some cases, the PDF invoice attached to one of the emails appeared with a certain invoice number, but when I checked the order in WooCommerce, the invoice shown/linked in the backend had the “correct” (different) number. - Skipped invoice numbers
Similar to the original issue (#12 missing), it looked like the numbering advanced even though only one “real” invoice existed in the WooCommerce order view — which makes me suspect the invoice number might be reserved/created during an email/trigger event that runs more than once.
What I tried (and why it’s a problem)
To avoid all the confusion with duplicate email triggers, I tested disabling invoice attachments:
- WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > General: I unchecked attachments for admin/customer emails (I only left manual download available).
- Result: invoices were not generated automatically at all during that period.
- Later, when I manually generated invoices, they were generated with the current date (not the original order date), which is also problematic for bookkeeping.
What I need help with
- Root cause diagnosis
- Are skipped invoice numbers typically caused by the invoice being generated on an event that can fire multiple times (e.g., email sending, status transitions, checkout hooks, retries, etc.)?
- Have you seen conflicts like this with automation/email plugins such as ShopMagic (or similar)?
- Is there a recommended way to prevent invoice creation from being triggered twice for the same order?
- Automatic invoice generation without emailing
- Is it possible to configure the plugin to generate invoices automatically (e.g., when an order becomes Processing/Completed), even if the invoice is not attached to any email?
- The key requirement is: invoices should be created automatically and keep the original invoice date (order date / configured invoice date logic), without relying on email attachments to trigger generation.
- Safe backfilling
- If invoices weren’t generated for a period (because attachments were disabled), is there a “safe” way to generate missing invoices using the original order date and without causing numbering issues?
If it helps, I can provide temporary access so you can check whether there’s a conflict between ShopMagic + email triggers + invoice generation, or if there’s something I’m missing.
Thanks a lot in advance — I’d really appreciate any guidance on the best practice setup for a WooCommerce store with digital deliveries + automation, where invoices must always be created reliably and sequentially.
Thanks a lot for your confirmation! I run the renumbering tool and it worked perfectly 🙂
Thanks for your help!
Hi @dwpriv !
Thanks for your reply and the detailed instructions.
I’ve checked the order details, and the one that got skipped was processed with Stripe. There are no extra steps or errors recorded in the order notes, and this issue hasn’t happened again since. I just wanted to know if this is something that has been reported by other users before.
I can see where the renumbering tool is located, and it seems straightforward to use. My only concern is whether using it would generate the invoices with today’s date instead of the original order date.
Before doing anything, could you please confirm if it’s possible to keep the original invoice date (the date of the purchase) when renumbering — both for multiple invoices and when regenerating a single one?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Hello @asifsiam97,
I’m using the logo carousel and I can’t find any built-in way to vertically align logos so they sit centered within each slide. Because the logos have different heights/aspect ratios, they look misaligned unless I manually tweak each one—which isn’t practical for 20–50 items.
Could you please:
- Confirm whether there’s an existing setting I might be missing (uniform slide height, vertical/horizontal centering, “contain/fit” option, etc.)?
- If not, consider adding a feature to set a fixed slide height and automatically center each logo (with max-height/contain), ideally with responsive controls.
- Share a recommended CSS workaround in the meantime?
Thanks in advance—this would greatly improve the UX for large logo lists.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply, but I already solved this by clicking on ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation, and ‘Reset Internal link counter’ buttons.

In reply to: [Simple Link Checker] Only 1 internal linkHi Amadeu,
Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I am missing inbound links to a specific post. To clarify, there are indeed multiple posts linking to this post from within my own website.
Here are some examples of the pages that contain links to the post:
- 5 pasos para abrir un restaurante en Barcelona
- Errores en Instagram
- Horarios del restaurante
- SEO para restaurantes
- Reservas online restaurante
- Reseñas de un restaurante
- Redes sociales para restaurantes
Additionally, there are pillar pages linking to it as well:
Abrir un restaurante en Barcelona.
https://pantastic.studio/que-es-gastromarketing/
https://pantastic.studio/guia-redes-sociales-restaurantes/
https://pantastic.studio/guia-pagina-web-restaurantes/Despite these links, the plugin only shows one link in the meta box. Could you please help me understand why this might be happening? Is there a setting I need to adjust or is this a known issue with the plugin?
Thank you for your assistance.
Hello Maybellyne,
It did! However, there is still a redirection and the 2nd page of the results page is not loaded 🙁
I added it like this but the problem persists: https://snipboard.io/tsRCXO.jpg
Here? https://snipboard.io/JxhTrZ.jpg
Like this? https://snipboard.io/JxhTrZ.jpg
But then how do I make the address appear in the cart?
How can I do that? Could you provide an example please?
