Apologies for the late reply. We have been impacted by the Ukraine conflict with several of our team not able to work at the moment.
We don’t have a setting in the plugin for this but you could use a content restriction plugin and restrict access to the page with the job submission form, so only users with that role can view the page and submit the form.

In reply to: [JobBoardWP - Job Board Listings and Submissions] Building Your Own FormJobBoardWP is a separate plugin to UM and the UM forms are only for login, registration and profile.
The jobs are a WordPress CPT though, so you should be able to use a general form plugin that allows for front-end CPT submissions to create your own custom form.
We will also consider a customized form builder for JobBoardWP for a future update.
What additional fields are you looking to add to the form?

JobBoardWP doesn’t have application management portal functionality. The plugin is only for employer job submissions and listings with applications handled via the link the employer provides or their email.
However, if we build a pro version for the plugin in the future an application manager is a feature that we would consider for it.

We’re not allowed to talk about premium products on the wp.org website but what you have said is incorrect. We do not force people to purchase the full package and you can purchase an individual extension.
You can do this by clicking the view pricing button on the extensions page where it will show the option to buy as part of the $250 package or buy it individually.

We don’t have the JobBoardWP website/demo ready quite yet. We launched with just the free version on the plugin directory first. I will let you know when the website is launched and a demo is ready. For now I would recommend installing the plugin on a test site to play around with it.
