In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] Confused About Secret WebhookThank you and sorry about the confusion of how that came out. I was confused about the proper key to be placed in the live webhook secret. I did delete the existing webhook and started over as suggested.
I was using originally using the wrong key, rather than the actual “secret webhook” at the end point and placing it where your plugin stated to place it at the “live webhook secret.” It’s sorted now.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [WooCommerce] can it be used on wordpress version 6.8I checked with my hosting and they said this: The error you encountered, "undefined is not an object (evaluating 'window.wcAdminFeatures.analytics')," does not indicate an issue with our plugin. This error means that the code is attempting to access a property or method on an object that is not defined, which suggests there might be an issue with the WooCommerce plugin's code interfering with the admin area objects introduced in the latest version.
Can you please advise?Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [WooCommerce] can it be used on wordpress version 6.8Hi, I had to roll it back to the previous Woo version as I was having problems. Are there any known conflicts right now with the latest version and SG Speed Optimizer?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Update 9.1.2By the time I got your email, I had already deleted the staging site and restored the backup I made before I had done the update. At present there doesn’t appear to be the constant request for updating.

In reply to: [wpForo Forum] Remove side bar in Divi ThemeThank you. That was very helpful. 😊
I discovered why I wasn’t able to do it. I had to go into the screen options on the page and click the “enable Divi page settings” to see the option that allows me to remove the sidebar.
Hopefully that will help someone else who isn’t aware of the many options in Divi to do this, and also make sure they have that option enabled.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] Webhook ErrorsYes, in this case, it was for renewal payments. Stripe told me it was due to a failed Webhook and Secret Key. I searched the internet and saw your response about multiple webhook URLs and recommended deleting the webhook and recreating one then copying and pasting that key. I did that, but the invoices didn’t automatically process on Stripe’s end. Since then, I have manually processed the invoices, and everything did sync up on the site side. Do you have any updated guides on how to make sure everything is synced and how to test it?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Getting Failed Orders on WooCommerceHi Nathan,
Thank you for the response. I disconnected PayPal altogether and reconnected testing in Sandbox. I discovered that I can only use PayPal Standard for it to work. I have Stripe as an option for credit cards, but when I use PayPal and PayPal Card Processing, it doesn’t work even in Sandbox.
Otherwise, for now I can work with PayPal standard as the option for PayPal. Since this email, I sent in the system logs to your Woo Support Team and they didn’t see anything or mentioned anything other than to disconnect and try again.
Is there a particular account one needs for the PayPal Card Processing and PayPal other than PayPal Standard? Perhaps I was missing something there.
Thank you SO MUCH, Jeff! That’s a very simple process, and I really appreciate that.
Oh, one more question, please. When you said to check the order notes, would that be on the membership site side or with Stripe?
Will do and thank you so much!! 🙂
Cards are being used. I never had issues with your connection but I have problems with their inactive statuses. I wanted to check just in case there was an issue possibly with the webhook and I needed to reconnect it. But like I said, there are no errors. And the plug-in is Memberpress.
They may depend on it because when my subscriptions with them are renewed successfully through your plugin’s connection to Stripe. But the next day (after payment) their active status turns inactive as though it didn’t get renewed.
Stripe shows no errors with the webhook connection and the logs. So now the membership plugin asked if it’s possible that their webhook doesn’t exist in my Stripe account.
So my question to you is as far as you know, how could that be the case if your plugin is processing payments successfully?
