I’ve been contacting them for over a week, with constant reassurances that they have engineers looking into it and how they’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Hence my looking here for any help I can find.

It’s hosted on Earthlink, and I log in through their site. The first sign that something was amiss was the the wp-login.php page suddenly looked very basic, stripped of all formatting.
After entering our login information, I get “Firefox* doesn’t know how to open this address, because the protocol (a) isn’t associated with any program”. [*Ditto for Chrome, Explorer, etc.]
The address it opens up is:
a:4:{s:25:dashboard_recent_comments;a:1:{s:5:items;i:5;}s:24:dashboard_incoming_links;a:5:{s:4:home;s:26:[Address of Blog Removed by me];s:4:link;s:102:`http://blogsearch.google.com/
…and so forth for quite some length.
I haven’t made any changes to the WordPress files, and FTPing into Earthlink it looks like nothing has changed on their end either…but we’re still effectively locked out.
