You know what I think might be wrong, Steve. My Facebook profile is a business page. Does that make a difference in that I may not be able to post directly to my wall?
I wouldn’t bother right now. It’s not working anyway. But to answer your question, in the top right of your screen under the Custom Contact Forms settings you’ll see a button named “Plugin Usage Manual”.

Ok, so I’m finally able to attach and detach fields (albeit with many, many refreshes to the CCF interface). Unfortunately I now have the same problem I had about three versions ago – the ccf_name field won’t show up no matter what I do. All of the other fields that I add to my form show up but no ccf_name. I also cannot create custom fields. I fill in all the boxes, hit Create Field, and it goes back to all blank boxes but no field is created. I’m about to give up on this plugin. Way too frustrating to try to get it to work.
