That seems to work. It doesn’t allow just United States, but does allow it by state which is fine. Thank you!

    No worries on the tab.

It is set to the United States. Our issue is that (shown above with the image examples) is it only shows after the customer puts in their information the US shipping rate showing. The United States based customer doesn’t know well enough to go back up to the drop down to change that rate once they have completed putting in their information. AGAIN! I can just add a comment to that area to explain to go back and change it once the information is put in, but was hoping it could just default to both options before they even get to that step.

    Marcin,

I don’t see an option for default country at “Jigoshop→General”. I do see under “Jigoshop→Shop” under Shop Option “Base Country/Region” which is United States/Arizona.

    Country Example

Thank you for getting back with us so quickly.

You are correct. In the WordPress dashboard for the plugin settings we have both Flat Rates which we have labelled as US Rates and we’ve specified the country as United States. Then we have Basic Bundle Rate which is our Foreign Rate.

Our issue is for the customer that goes to the website on the checkout page they initially are only seeing the option for the Foreign rate.

    Example of Issue

If a customer from the United States fills out there information…

    Customer Information

Then if you go back up it displays the US Rate.

    Now Showing the US Rate

Our issue is the customers from the United States are filling out their information, but don’t know to go back up and change the Shipping Rate so they are charged the Foreign Rate and then we have to go back and credit them. I could put some text near the shipping to make the customer aware to come back and change it, but looking for another solution if possible where it show the US Rate initially.

    Thank You!
