Now that you wrote about the update WooCommerce before PlugVersions, it makes sense. Indeed, the WooCommerce updated was before the activation. Anyway, after expose the problem to my theme support team, they were giving me a solution with another plugin – WP Rollback. At it work. This is just temporary until the theme is updated.
