Hello! My apologies for the late responses all the time. It seems the host doesn’t know what to do either. You can close the thread. Oddly enough, JetPack works on my cell phone but not on the laptop. I’ve just accepted it at this point. Hopefully I’m not hit with any charges later down the road. Hello! Sorry to get back to you so late. I’m still in the process of trying to figure it out. I was on a chat with my hosting provider, but they redirected me back to the original JetPack support I used in the first place, which then directed me to this chat. Long story short, I did a giant circle just to get back here. So I’m not sure what to do at this point. Any help is appreciated! Thank you so much!! 🙂
