If it’s helpful, here’s a video where you can see the problem in the upper right hand corner. This member has logged in (shows member area in the corner) but then she visits another page, and the “Member Area” has switched back to “Log In” meaning she’s no longer logged in. She’s also showing me that she’s being charged the non-member prices because WordPress doesn’t think she’s logged in:
