Working with a Zoho Certified Consultant , along with a Zoho Support representative, we have identified the file in the cf7-zoho-leads plugin folder, “zoho-crm-api.php” calls for 3 instances of “‘duplicateCheck’ => 2”. According to this link: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/insertrecords.html , it says:
duplicateCheck Integer Set value as “1” to check the duplicate records and throw an error response or “2” to check the duplicate records, if exists, update the same.So, by removing the 3 instances of “‘duplicateCheck’ => 2” in the zoho-crm-api.php file will stop duplicate checking and will allow for identical leads to be created in Zoho. I have tested this method and can confirm it works.
Update – I just noticed that when I log on using any browser except Explorer, the issue disappears and it works…I don’t know if you want to look into it or not. Just thought I let everyone know.
Updated to the latest version and now this damn thing does not work anymore…It does not matter what you click I do do not see the area to add title and description on my pages and posts anymore…
Please fix this…
