Thanks so much for responding. I did solve the issue myself. I hadn’t set it properly at the bottom of the quiz edit page.
This could help somebody in the future. Go to edit course
Go down to Access Plans, open window and click on “no payment required” box.
I had posted it as a free lesson elsewhere, but that wasn’t quite enough. This is what fixed it so the whole course could be viewed.
