Thank you for your continued attempts to help me resolve this. I’ve updated to latest version of your mediaplayer and see there have been a number of updates this week. Yet I still can’t change anything at all in the mediaplayer settings. I only read English and have tried to understand what you communicated in the short video but have failed. Can you give me instructions in English?
Thank you, i’ve installed the update. But the parameters are still blank when I highlight a link i’ve added to a page and want to do a color change to the skin, add a download option, etc. I can’t do any of that. Thanks for seeking to help. I really appreciate it.
Thanks for your response. This has been going on for many versions at least 3+ months and I’m not technically oriented but need to fix this. I just did a Google search to learn what is the javascript console. But don’t know what I’m supposed to be looking for? Can you tell me specifically? Thank you for your assistance.
