Yes, but no answer. Already situation solved 2 months ago and was working fine as today.
Today I updated to version 6.4.8 and the page crashed. I had to restore from today backup.
It is great plugin. Hope the above situation will be solved soon.

I have the same problem when have a new subscriber, it doesn’t add to the MailChimp lists even though I have installed the integration add-on and configured it with everything like the MailChimp API Key.
I have Version 2.0.3.

Hi Steve, I do have the same problem. I am using the Sparkling theme.
How did you get resolve? Did you installed other plugin to substitute Theme My Login?
