@wavetron Go to your FB Page then go to Page Settings > Messaging > Add Messenger to your website > Click Get Started then set it up.. at the end of the setup there is a code snippet copy it and paste in Theme Footer.
I already fixed the problem. I put the code snippet into the Theme Footer (footer.php). Thanks
