I found it in Woocommerce and the Transaction ID shows in Order Notes in Woocommerce but I still get no results when I’m using the order search function in Woocommerce.

The Transaction ID I searched for is chr-FMbyWfVBut what information from Vipps Merchant Portal can I search for in Woocommerce?
In this case I know the transaction ID but when I search for the transaction ID in Orders in Woocommerce I get no results.My main question remains – Is there a common searchable identifier in Vipps Merchant Portal and Woocommerce?
And I started this thread because Vipps support told me that they can’t help me and that I should write here for support
Thank you for your quick reply. We’re getting this on renewal orders and on parent order for a new subscriber.
I agree with you that it should be impossible for the charge to not exist in Vipps. However, three different support agents has confirmed that they are not able to find the charges and that no charge has been made to the customer.
I just e-mailed three examples from today to [email protected]
I have tested to make an order myself and I can confirm that no charge has been made to my credit card but in WC my order has status “Completed” and I have a chr-ID
