Actually, I reduced it to an acceptable gap by deleting:

<h3><?php esc_html_e( 'Additional information', 'woocommerce' ); ?></h3>

from form-shipping.php.

I dont know how to delete the post, sorry. But I would like to reduce it slightly more if possible.
