Resolved via the following:
Can you clear browser cache ( Cached Images and Files ) and hard reload on the page ( Ctrl – Shift – R ) ? The javascript that’s in use by your browser is not the latest version, so something might be stuck in the cache somehow .

No it’s not that – as I say the problem has been going on for months and is really starting to hinder our business – how do we resolve this?
