First of all, thank you very much for your quick reply.

I’ve seen your screenshot and, as it shows, I can see the cookie popup with the overlay. Does it appear automatically for you on the screen when loading the site? In my case, I’m still not able to see it. I can see the tab placed on the right or left corner and only when I click on it, the popup with overlay is shown.

I’d discard that it could be a conflict with another third party plugin because I already tried to deactivate one by one and all at once too. All of them are updated. The result is the same.

I’m using the Divi theme in its last version.

I really don’t know how to sort it out. Could you please give me an idea about it?

Thanks for your explanation. Now it is very clear.
Sorry because I wrote rows and obviously I should say columns. Since it is important to me, I will buy the Premium version to be able to get this feature. I hope to achieve it at the end. Thanks again!
