In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Top Downloads table emptyThanks for that.
When you say “correctly”…..
I have set the WordPress time zone to UTC + 0 which is the same as the server.
Is there a time setting in mDocs that I missed? The widget is still declining to store the value so it is outputting “zero” top downloads.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Top Downloads table emptyIt looks like the widget on live is not storing the value for number of entries.

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Latest update changes stylingOK, rolled back to 3.7.4.2 and the styling has returned to the original version so it’s defo the update.
Looking forward to a fix!

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] New documents showing “Scheduled”Thanks – this has allowed me to upload docs to the library without them showing “Scheduled”.
It does present a different issue though, as I have servers in Sydney and UK and users in NZ!!
Here’s a plea to the author to fix the problem properly!
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] New documents showing “Scheduled”Interesting. Do you know if it has happened before. I wonder if there’s a way to include some tolerance so that a discrepancy is permitted?

In reply to: [AddToAny Share Buttons] Share buttons don’t appear immediately below postHi, similar problem here. Even with the 39 set to “1”, the Share icons still appear AFTER the post content on this page.
I would really like them to appear above the content as on the rest of the site.
Many thanks,

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] List of top n documentsVery many thanks for your help.
As an interim fix, and for the benefit of any other developers trying to solve a similar problem, I have created a list of the required posts using Bill Erickson’s plug-in Display Posts Shortcode.[display-posts category=”frequently-used-document” post_type=”mdocs-posts”]

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] List of top n documentsThanks. That works fine.
Is there a shortcode equivalent of the “Top Downloaded files” widget? I’ve included the widget in the page content using pagebuilder but a more elegant solution would be to use a shortcode on the page.I also need to add a further section containing those mdocs posts which have been categorised “frequently-used-document”. Can you provide any guidance on how to approach this?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] mDocs files not publicly accessibleOK, this is now resolved.
The following edit to .htaccess will allow the nominated server to pull the files across:order deny, allow
deny from all
allow from ##.##.##.##Where ##.##.##.## is the IP address of server you are pulling from.
Thanks to Matt at Delicious Brains (authors of the brilliant MigrateDB Pro) for providing the fix.

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] mDocs files not publicly accessibleVery many thanks for clarifying.
So if I need to backup the site, is there a way to reduce the level of security provided by this setting? I guess temporarily deleting the line is one way, but it would be useful to have a method that is less manual.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cr3ativ Conference] Speakers Order on Speakers Index Page – revisitedThanks very much for your considered reply. As an interim measure we have manipulated the “Published” date for each speaker record, so that the speakers display in the desired sequence on the index page.
All the best for the future and thanks for a great plugin.
Phil.
