Hey @jilmakur, thanks for sending that over. Looking at the logs, none of the shipping profiles are getting past our validation logic:
* The Mexico, Canada, and US flat rates are not expected to sync (only Free Shipping profiles are supported)
* The US subtotal-based profile is not syncing because the “Apply minimum order rule before coupon discount” checkbox is enabled in the shipping method settings. Unfortunately this is unsupported from Meta’s side as we only support free shipping based on post-discount subtotals.

Thanks for reaching out. Right now the plugin will only sync free shipping profiles to Meta. If you do have free shipping profiles and they’re not syncing, we can help debug.
Could you share your System Status report, newest facebook_for_woocommerce log (located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs), and any-plugin-related errors from your debug.log via PasteBin?
Yes, the critical error is fixed in 3.5.2
