I fixed it creating a new page showing only products from my required category (using Woocommerce shortcodes). For some reason, it fails when trying to filter on the main Woocommerce’s Shop page (filters all the products, not just the category I needed).

The same is happening to me. If I disable the plugin, everything works just fine.
