Which way would you recommend doing it from a best practices approach? Using the Say What plugin, or the Template Customizer?

In reply to: [Connections Business Directory] How to display a single pageI am using the cMap template, and the Say What? plugin is not changing the label “Biography” and “Notes” to what labels I want on the website. I followed the instructions, including using “connections” in the Text Domain. I see a note that says if using a template, then it might require a Shortcode, but I don’t know anything about Shortcodes. Can you advise what I need to do when using the cMap template to change “Biography” and “Notes” labels on the website to what I want?

On the single entry page, is there a way to change the label “Biography” and “Notes” to something else?
Also on a side note, in the Field Configuration tab I cannot get “Messenger Type Options” to not have ‘AIM’ checked. As well as “Date Type Options” keeps checking ‘Anniversary’. I don’t want anything checked for both of these.

For example this looks good: https://franklinny.org/member/name/blue-farm-antiques/ But the cMap description where this example is from, says it needs CSS to get multi-column. So I’m looking to avoid customization if possible.
