I found the answer to this myself, so I’ll leave directions here:

1. Click on ProfileGrid from the WP menu on the left.
2. From the list of groups, hover over the group you’d like to edit.
3. “Settings” and “Fields” will appear at the bottom of that group’s block.
4. Click on “Fields” and make the changes.

I don’t know if this is useful to anyone else, but I thought I’d just write how I worked it out.
