Example.
If field = text Input = It works.

if field = multiple choice = KO

I tried with [field Country], [field Country].Label, [field Country].label, [field Country.label], [field Country.Label]

the form was already in a page. In the preview or normal view, I have the same thing: undefined

What do you want to say: preview the form?
Just inform [field].label and not validate?
If yes, I tried and it’s not working
