I can customize the thank page (checkout), but the result is the same.
It does not display correctly when Lite Speed Cache is enabled, since the transaction result does not appear; only the page title “thank you (checkout)” is visible.

Thank you for your response. Your suggestion to add a summary of the payment before the final transaction is interesting, but it doesn’t quite meet my needs.
Once the payment has been made, the customer is redirected to the checkout page which is now empty and which, in this case, is useless if I cannot display the payment summary.

Of course, I had already tried the various suggested solutions, which improved the result, as I mentioned earlier, even if it wasn’t entirely satisfactory.
I just want to know if leaving the box “Disable Page Load Signature Check” checked will have any impact.
And do you know the reason why only “Check-out” appears in the page title, without the transaction summary, even though the emails are correctly sent afterwards.
