Sorry but i had the same question and i’ve tried both of your solution but it does not work… impossible to change form title ! (with latest plugin version, latest firefox and latest chrome too)

hello, i had the same problem and had to deactivate 404-to-301 plugin.
it’s very easy to test, just install buddypress plugin and try to create a group !
