I removed the plugin and re-installed, same file still missing.
We are testing plugin conflicts now but good to know we aren’t the only ones @ttoaster.
This is the exact issue I had too so 4 months later and still no resolution.
They are still taking money, haven’t fixed the checkout in their website just as you mentioned (A known issue they told me) and WebP still doesn’t work (Also a known issue according to them.)
