Interesting. The way we have it working on our site is that it becomes it’s own page at the creation of the recipe.
So if I make a cookie recipe — you would go to:
http://example.com/this-is-my-cookie-recipe-title — and comments are turned off. For the life of me I can’t force it to on.
On my single.php all posts created by our bloggers have commenting on by default — this is the only exception. It’s driving me crazy trying to figure out what the developer did on this site.
I’m working on it after the fact.
It was my fault. Apparently the laptop we were using to test for some weird reason wasn’t rendering it. The plugin works great.
