I created a new product from scratch and tested it. Getting weird results.
When I have just 1 product applied to a filter attribute, then it grays out on our search page. At least for the HVR 1000 and the new from-scratch product I created. When I only have 1 older product, then it does NOT gray out.
The plot thickens, I’ve been adding and deleting products from one specific filter attribute with it switching from gray to black depending on number of products. I changed it to JUST HVR 100 and it should have gone gray, but didn’t?
I put Nitropack in test mode (which temporarily disables it) then clicked update on the Filter Set. No changes.
I did create this product using the Duplicate choice in Woo Commerce products. But I’ve used that same feature for almost all my products.
I did notice that if I add this specific product to another filter, no issues. I also tested removing all products from a filter and it grays out.
So it looks like if there are 0 or only 1 product applied to an Attribute filter, then the filter grays out. You can still access it and it works fine. It is just gray type instead of black.
I purged entire cache (we use Nitropack) and then updated the filter set.
That didn’t work. Do I need to deactivate Nitropack, then due the filter set update, then turn Nitropack back on?
