I just installed the plugin on a single use site with no problem. Please see your site admin. Are you using a multi-user site?

Hi,

This plugin is meant for one to one customer service – for mass emails use the WP Promo Emails plugin

Hi Deyson,

For whatever reason I didn’t get this original message, thank you for making the extra effort to contact us. The EDD Promo plugin currently only sends emails to ALL EDD CUSTOMERS. We have no current intentions to customize it at this time. If you want to sent email to your site ‘subscribers’ and not purchase customers I recommend downloading our ‘WP Promo Emails Plugin’.
