Well that wierd, cause there’s only a text field in the editor which includes the shortcode for Site Ratings which I posted above. There’s not any use of columns with a grid there.
I did use a developer to extract the ratings from the blogs and into the grid layout, so maybe he created a setup that I can’t see.

It looks like it sorted out itself. We had a few days, where updates didn’t go through, but it’s been working fine ever since.
In response to your questions – The sale price is set under “product variables” and then sale.
The sync settings are controlled within Facebook.
