No response from Woocommerce on this and no paid option for support from them it seems. I’m going to reconsider using this plugin for commerce from this point on. If there is no way to get useful support when there are serious issues I cannot recommend this product to business clients. We’d be happy to pay for support but there doesn’t seem to be an option for that. Pretty bad customer service!
