Thank you for your reply. Yes, after working with the shirt pictures, I did determine that those pictures are way too small for the zoom to function properly. I had then added the logo picture which is much bigger in size and the zoom works great.
I named the plugin wrong. It’s the Table Rate Shipping Plus. In order to contact the developer of the plugin, you need to buy the premium support, apparently.
