Hi guys, this is resolved:
When I was waiting for you reply earlier, this is what I did:
• I deactivated all plugins, try again the form, but I was still getting the error. I activated all plugins again.
• I double checked Recaptcha with Happy Forms, and updated Recatpcha Elementor integration
• I change the sending email address, still not working
Then I got your email, and you told me (by email) that it was working for you, so I tried another browser (Safari) and indeed, it was working.
I cleared the cache on Chrome and IT IS WORKING.
As for the confirmation email, they were on the spam folder. So all super good. THANK YOU.
