Hi I had the same problem (i’m using the Sydney WP Theme though), looked up a few different solutions and tried to deactivate plugins one by one.
The plugin “Sydney Toolbox – custom posts and fields for the Sydney theme” is the one that when disabled allowed the “Add Level” button to work. Wasn’t sure where to post this but thought that it could help someone with the same problem! Thanks.
