Same here.
Yoast Premium 12.2 and 12.3 + WP 5.2.4 displays no option to update metadata as sherrysheeraz was having.
* I tried the “free” version 12.3 and experienced the same thing.
* I disabled all plugins
* I tried different browser
Each results in the same thing.
