    Hey Michael,

For those of us where the plugin has completely failed and won’t reconnect at all. This has happened on about 50% of our sites. How do we retrieve the sign-ups from the local database, so they are not lost? i.e. Those email addresses which were stored after it disconnected.

Can you provide us some simple directions before we start manually digging through tables and code to figure it out?

Appreciate any guidance you can provide.

    Thanks

Appreciate the quick reply. Due to the ongoing issues and constant problems, we have decided to do the implementation with a more reliable entity. It’s unfortunate there has been no appreciable improvement with connectivity issues despite a forum full of similar issues for years. Every other API driven plugin seems to have figured this out without constant monitoring of the connection state – as is expected with this plugin. Thanks again for the quick reply. Please close this request as we will be removing the plugin from all our sites. Cheers.

We accepted the constant disconnects. Now the plugin won’t reconnect at all. I have several sites that are disconnected. I go through the procedure to reconnect (please don’t insult my intelligence about the process – I’ve done over a hundred times), get the auth code, paste it back into the plugin, the screen flashes (it doesn’t even appear to be doing an update to the database), and nothing happens. It’s ridiculous we have to hold our breath every time this app gets updated. We have more issues with this plugin from a paid service, than all of our others combined. I would appreciate your help, please.

    Issue moved to support thread.
