In our testing, the image is added to the media library regardless of the image being set to the featured image. We set a featured image to an image we added but found that the youtube thumbnail was being attached to the post and added to the media library when it was not set as the featured image.
Unless it is added as the featured image it should not be added to the media library.

1- It is for showing a banner at the bottom of the screen on mobile.
2- It worked correctly on iOS devices
3- I was using Chrome
4- Yes I checked source using debug options and it was not there
Testing with the mobile detect php script the s20 shows as mobile/Android/Chrome so I not sure why HFCM is was not working.
