Hi, just a quick update. The SMTP plugin seems to have fixed the delivery problem, as all forms I’ve tested have been delivered.
I’m still not sure why the weekly summaries didn’t record all the forms delivered, so I’m not sure whether to trust them for future information.

Hi again, the issue appeared to be fixed, as all test forms were delivered correctly, however, from yesterday’s testing, it seems completely unpredictable as to whether form submission emails are delivered or not. I’m now at a loss. I’ve waited over 12 hours in case it was a delay on the delivery and I’ve also contacted the web host in case it’s something at their end.
Regarding the number of submissions in the summaries, these are the records I have.
From 19/08/2019 to 13/04/2020 the summaries consistently listed 17 entries for one form and 1 for another. There were at least 3 of the first form submitted and received during this time – probably more, but those are just the ones I’ve found on quickly looking back through the records. After 13/04/2020, the summaries started to change:
– On 20/04/2020 I received two identical summary emails listing 17 entries for the first form and 2 entries for the second.
– On 27/04/2020 it listed 17 entries for the first form and 4 for the second.
– On 04/05/2020 it listed 17 entries for the first form and 6 for the second.
None of these entries from the second form listed in the summary have been received.

I’ve fixed the issue with one form not sending – I think it was a page/menu/SSL error rather than the form itself.
Is it possible still to have help with the other questions, please?
– How can I see the submissions for the first form that I haven’t received?
– Why are the weekly summaries not reflecting submissions sent? (I realise on WPForms Lite the numbers are for total lifetime submissions.)Many thanks.

I haven’t included the SMTP plugins screenshot, as there isn’t one, but I presume if this was causing a problem it would affect both forms.

Hi, I have a similar issue. I don’t receive emails from one contact form but I do from another. I have double-checked the settings on both forms and they are identical. I have tried test emails from both forms today.
I realised I had a problem after receiving the WPForms Lite weekly summary. I had been ignoring these because the figures for submissions never changed despite receiving many copies of the second form and other forms. However a couple of weeks ago, the figures for the first form started to increase, but I hadn’t received any emails. When I tried a test submission, nothing arrived but the confirmation message said successful submission.
In addition to the problem with not receiving emails, is it possible to tell me why the weekly summaries aren’t logging some submissions, please?
