    Apologies, see diagnostic information below. Some further information… I see a number of 200 success messages in the Connection Logs and my connection is always successful when I ‘click here to connect to GoToWebinar’ however, we still receive the message I pasted above in my original message on the site.

    Stopped being lazy and read some other replies. I cleared cache and it’s now working!

    My only remaining question is: will we always need to clear cache to update or does this happen automatically (overnight, after a couple hours)?
