In reply to: Error message – webroot – cannot enter site at allI can´t get into StudioPress with the passwords I currently have and their protocol for changing it requires me to – you guessed it – log in. I´ve replied to them on the email they sent me with the password change link (that doesn´t work). My problem is not that I can´t get into the dashboard but that the website http://www.spainstruck.com does not appear at all on the Internet. Please help me to resolve this. Thank you, Maureen.

In reply to: Blog screen magnifiedIt´s not how it should be. The page should fit in the screen properly ´ve (as it was doing) and the type shouldn´t be so big. Don´t know what I´ve done wrong.

I can´t fix this. When I search for class-admin.php in the Hostgator cpanel File Manager it tells me the directory is empty.
Would that be my Hostgator account?
@jowim – how do I do that? I never use code and don´t know where the file system is! Can you help with more info please, I´m so worried.
