I did some more searching and I believe the problem is coming from a permission conflict with the hosting.
For example, to run the site, I have to give the wp-config.php a 604 (or 644) right to make it work. A 600 give me a blank page.
I asked my provider to activate suPHP on the site. I hope this will fix the problem.
Otherwise, how Do i change the access rule ?
