Thank you, I’ll take a look at it. Otherwise I have to do it manually …
That’s exactly the problem. There are a lot of locations on these two websites, both websites have been around for a long time with an events manager each. The locations of the two sides definitely have different ids at the moment. I was hoping that the Pro+ version could help me. Apparently that doesn’t work.
Thank you for testing!
Were there, as in my case, already locations and events on the “new” site (page B) ?
What I mean is that two Events Manager event lists with their locations, which are currently on two different domains, are to be merged on one website. Unfortunately, the location IDs are duplicated, which caused problems when I tried to do this with the wordpress export/import function.
Thanks, I know the link. I just wasn’t sure whether the assignment of events/event locations from page A would be retained when they were imported into page B.
Both the event and the location could already exist on page B, but they don’t have to. If the location exists on page B, its ID does not match the ID of the “same” location on page A. In this case, the event would be assigned the wrong location. I hope you understand what I mean.
With the Pro+ version, would you then export as Excel or CSV and import directly from Excel or CSV again? Or do I then have to add or replace something in the Excel file before importing?
Perfect, thank you very much! I’ll test your code as soon as it’s decided what exactly should be displayed on which page.
One question: I could also write the code in the functions.php of the child theme, or would you not recommend that? The reason is that I want to use as few plugins as possible.
Best regards!
Thank you very much for your help! If only one ics is needed, I will try your solution.
But from the em calendar there will probably be several different ICS queries on other pages. If I understand correctly, I can only get a single .ics (either with all or individual categories), correct?
I have now solved it using the CSS classes. All categories are hidden with display:none. And the category to be displayed is shown with display:block.
Thanks! Do I write this in the functions.php of the first page? So the page where the events manager runs? Or in another file?
Strato appears to have fixed the error. Everything works as it should.

Strato appears to have fixed the error. At least in the Events Manager everything works as it should. Even without turning off the filters in the Strato account 😉- This reply was modified 1 year, 10 months ago by cede007.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 403 Error when trying to update DatabankDanke, @chefchiller für dein Engagement. Heute Vormittag noch wusste bei STRATO auch keiner von dem Fehler und die taten so, als wäre alles die Schuld von WordPress 🫣 Ich hoffe, dass der Events Manager dann auch wieder läuft, sobald STRATO das repariert hat.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 403 Error when trying to update DatabankYes, I spoke to Strato this morning. The hotline employee asked the technical team and replied that Strato had not changed anything on the servers. That’s not true. Now I have to wait until Strato fixes the error.
Another user (joneiseman), just like me, tested a new WordPress installation with just one plugin (Events Manager). He is not with Strato and has had no problems. I’m with Strato and the fresh installation had the error. It was obvious that the error was to be found there. Thank you for your interest.

Wow, I’m not alone 🙂 Strato also told me today that they can’t do anything for the mistake and that WordPress is generally not their thing. Here is my thread, it is the events manager plugin:

That’s great. Apparently Strato is already working on it (?) I’m glad I’m not alone with the problem 🙂
Thank you for describing your problem here too.Today I spoke to Strato on the phone. Strato says they haven’t changed anything. I have doubts about it.
Very important: please call Strato and describe the problem! Because the employee today said I was the only one …
I doubt whether Strato will listen to me 😉
In any case, you helped me a lot, thank you for that!!
