    There is no customer’s status in WooCommerce Customers view. When i edit a customer in WooCommerce i get redirected to WordPress User Settings Page. The customer’s status seems to be unique to Jetpack CRM. So it getting overwritten makes no sense to me. Maybe you wanna change that in your code.

    I now changed it make “Customer” default status in Jetpack CRM, so all WooCommerce customers getting synced are automatic set as “Customer”. But its only a workaround.

    I change customer status with Jetpack CRM. And everytime it syncs, my changes get overwritten.

    I already tried it in a different browser. Same problem.

    There are no red lines in the network tab when updating a status or deleting a tag.
    These are the errors shown in the console tab

    Ok i just tested it.
    The problem is definitely with WooSync!

    I disabled the connection to my Woocommerce store.
    I deleted all the tags/keywords and changed customer status to “Customer”.

    Everything worked! Everything was saved!

    Then i activated the WooSync connection again!
    After that ALL the tags/keywords were restored and ALL WooCommerce Users were back to status “Lead”.

    What can i do, to fix this?

    I have the newest wordpress, woocommerce and jetpack/jetpack crm version. I synced the contacts with WooSync.

    When i bulk-edit all customers and change their status, its seems like all the woocommerce contacts are resetting back to “Lead”. Contacts i added manually are working fine.
