Same issue here. It’s affecting all of my sites (all hosted on the same VPS). Prior to seeing the error the sites started going extremely slow. I thought it was plugin related, but switching to the default WP theme and disabling all plugins didn’t fix the issue.
Not sure where to start.
I’m having the same issue with all of my sites. I only upgraded a single site to WP site today, but it’s affecting all four sites.

Rename your plugins folder to plugins2… then try again. I had the same problem today.
